The Faculty of Forestry at Karabük University was established by the decree of the Council of Ministers, published in the Official Gazette on January 3, 2012, with the number 28162, under the decision number 2011/2471 dated November 14, 2011. Within the faculty, the departments of Forest Industrial Engineering and Forestry Engineering were opened in 2012. Beginning with the 2018-2019 academic year, the Forestry Engineering department started its educational activities by admitting 20 students, and in the 2021-2022 academic year, it graduated its first students. Our faculty continues to admit new students to date.
